How much work would it be to make a way to use your own editor?  Say I want to use 
e.exe for some reason 
(yeah, bad idea, but....) or some other editor, maybe EPM in place of generic E-MLE? 
Then IDE editor doesn't 
have to be all things to all people. I agree with Yuri though - make the IDE editor 
configurable to some extent.

Just an idea.
