As I noted at the mic, I’d much prefer that we find a place to incorporate the information in this draft into an existing draft(s). I don’t understand the need for having this info separated in yet another draft and therefore do not support adoption. I think the information is useful, just would prefer it integrated into an existing document. If the best place for it would be in a document that is already an RFC, then I support adoption, with the caveat that it should formally update the appropriate document to make it easier to track the info.
The reason I don’t make a specific recommendation as to which document it belongs in is precisely why I think we shouldn’t have this in a separate document if at all possible – I simply can’t keep track of where all of the information lives because it’s spread across so many drafts.
