Exactly, we don’t pretend to disallow leasing associated to connectivity 
services, and we do believe the text is clear on that, because we only mention 
leasing as an example of what is not allowed as a justification of the need and 
consequently if it was not part of the original request, can’t be done 
afterwards.

I don’t want to repeat myself … please read the previous messages I just 
responded to other folks.
