I assure you, you did not change your internet browser 
in your BIOS.  Your problem is multi-fold.  First of all,
don't go to Canada.  Next, try rebooting a whole lot, Win95
seems to like it when you reboot every few minutes.  Your
main problem is that you are running the wrong OS.  Simply
place a Linux distro CD in the drive and reboot (set the BIOS
to boot something like A,CDROM,IDE) then follow the simple
steps.  When you are finished you should have a faster computer.
