well, I hope someone has some insight on this one...

I've got my apartment wired for 10baseT, but only for a LAN, not for
Internet access... but I'm trying to find a way to set up a kind of "Email
Terminal" in my living room. I've got a 386SX-50 that I'm going to run with
linux (probably redhat 5.0) and a mail program; netscape
s communicator seems to be the easiest way to go.

But I'm pretty stumped as to how to go about the details. I want to have
the "email terminal" utilize the dial-up connection my (curent, main) linux
box has, and to have the (main) linux box act as a kind of router, with
dial-on-demand (if necessary) and NAT/ip masquerading, which I know will be
necessary. If anybody has any ideas, or any recommendations as to where to
look next (HOWTOs I've missed, etc.), I'd be happy to read/try them...
