No - you would not be allowed to do this with Road Runner. I would
point out that texas.net ADSL has a (evil) no server policy just like
Time Warner. And, SWB has absolutely HORRIBLE connectivity. That
leaves Jump with their 5GB metered ADSL. If you can live with that
(we have 3 heavy users at my place and we manage to squeeze by with
5GB) then I suggest going there. And trust me, if you want to do
anything other than the most basic WWW stuff, metered service is a
much better option than trying to hide servers under those hideous no
server half-ISPs.
