The email is mostly rant. The lady has admittedly been shamed, and the store
management needs to be pulled up. But sending a mass email and asking how
many times a store worker gets titillated is barking up the wrong tree. Any
voyeur worth his salt would use a webcam or a Rs 1000 wireless TV camera and
not a ventilator duct.

Emails such as these are worthless. A police complaint and a newspaper report
and a threatening letter from a lawyer friend would probably be make the
store owners sit up and take note.
