I disagree a little with his description of a mocha. IME a proper mocha is Steamed Milk/Unsweetened hot chocolate/Espresso in 1:1:1 proportion.
He also left off latte macchiato, but that's nearly unknown outside of Italy (and pretty obscure even there). -- Charles
