Unlike silk, Linuxchix is not about social life, rather about women in FLOSS, the challenges they face, etc.... Had he/she been open and informed the list that different people share tbd.lists, it is understandable and easier to deal with. Infact, I always assumed I was corresponding with the woman I had met earlier. Discovering that its someone else (multiple strangers) was annoying. Even people I've never met or known but corresponded with for years dont pretend which was disappointing for me. YMMV. As for raising it on this list, the pretense was discovered quite by chance here. I dont see the point in dragging it to another list, or this thread.
