Speaking of sun-related cultural habits, I'd like to share a pet peeve of 
mine - as a cultural-habitual wearer of headgear, I am surprised that 
urban Indians have lost the rural good sense to wear turbans, topis etc 
when they go out in the sun. Is it some sort of fashion thing?

I found it funny that Australians were busy indoctrinating their youth 
to "slip, slop, slap" while people in Indian cities were quickly 
forgetting that keeping the sun off your head is just a damn good idea.
