hmm....i didnt imply its a formal restriction, as its not ; but the whole exercise of a secret ballot is lost in announcing to the whole world who one votes for. I'd avoid the exit poll as imo, its akin to the poor social etiquette of asking a woman's age. In a strangely twisted unrelated way both are a loss of my privacy, one constitutional, another social. -- .
