I believe the full North Indian menu in Tamil Nadu and Kerala is on  
the lines of

Gopi Menjoorian (Kerala) and Gopi Manjoori (in TN)
Jola Boori
Malay Gupta
Dal Makkaani
Murg Makkani
Chicken Vandalur
Aloo Matter
Thai Vada
Pav Bajji
Thandoori Rotti

and the ubiquitous Vegetable Kuruma, which masquerades as Mixed  
Vegetable, Veg Hyderabadi, Veg Jaipuri and Kadhai Vegetable at most  
weddings
