Would the answer "Yes, no, alright" sound good to you? :D I think what the web has done is to change equations and empower groups that were hitherto not empowered. But I believe it is too young to be anything more than a "promise" as things stand. For example the "borderless web" is often utilised to emphasize and reinforce the very borders it was supposed to break down. Like all chaotic situations, humans may find themselves concentrating on what they see as "action" while the real revolution goes on in the areas that do not attract attention. Completely fascinating. And too big to be grasped easily in one mind. And evolving as you say. So at best I suppoe I pout to say "I don't know" or "I can't comment with mch insight" shiv
