Well, me too - but for a more uninformed investor, it might work better. IF he stays invested. And IF the sensex isn't nosediving to sub 8k levels right at the time he retires and has his daughter's marriage to arrange. Though to be fair a lot of the investment is in t-bills, government paper etc and the equity component is capped.
