I gave up on being a restauranteur when I realized that starting one means that I am signing up for 2-3 years of working 6 days a week for almost no pay with no possibility of a vacation and having to solve staff problems daily. And at the end of it there is a 15-20% chance of being successful. These days my culinary skills are put to simple pursuits of feeding friends and family. Thaths
