Although my diabetes does not go away and never will, when i eat well even
over just two days, I feel lighter, look better and sleep better. Over the
longer term, especially when combined with exercise it leads to gradual and
reliable weight loss as well as better sugar readings. I find exercise key
to fueling my will power.
