Quite a few silklisters are on Keto. Which means no sugar, and no carbs. The benefits have been significant for me. Been doing it for almost 4 years now. Weight loss, higher energy levels, increased taste for even slightly sweet vegetables and fruits, and the list goes on. I don't want to bore you folks with the list of the benefits of Keto. :-)
