Sure it works, so does the product that I have used on my burn and I know it is safe. Interesting that it is a prescription in the state of Oregon. Tell me more about this Silvadene product, who manufactures it, what is in it, be curious. Silver is wonderful and wouldn't it be nice if the product your 90 year old Mother in law was safe. This is just a guess, in order for it to be a prescription perhaps there is something in it other than just silver. I do wonderful things with silver and I know it's safe.
