I am sure you must be right on the "3 nines vs 5 nines" controversy. It is certainly I who have been in error! I must have been thinking the ""3 nines silver"" was a lot purer than it is. 99.9 pure still leaves a lot of room for junk... At least on the atomic level.:) You would probably know this....so please inform us on this one....what is the purity of sterling silver? Some folks are actually thinking of using silver coins in this process. >From what I have read....3 nines is just fine. 4 nines is fine too.:) Spend extra money if you like, it is your wallet.
