I don't believe that they alter the Ph. microwater machines that are made in japan require the water to be separated via some sort of alternating charged plates separated by a membrane. you pull acid water off one side if the membrane and alk water off the other. I don't belive that just magnetizing or running a current through the water will change the Ph.. Any one with a Ph meter or test strips care to check it out? >From what I can gather it will alter the cluster size though. (zeta potential) and this is apparently quite important for optimal water quality..
