Yes, I have made many gallons, of all levels of pH to test as to the
effacacy for makine Colloidal Silver.

Sorry about that, I meant microwater.  I have completely reverse engineered
this machine, made in 
Japan.  Magicwater is a name I had adapted for Colloidal Silver using DI
water treated with certain
frequencies to reduce surface tension.  Highly effective.
The principle of the microwater process is apparently that these dc charged
plates tend to attract clusters of water molecules of various size
depending upon the polarity of the plate and you arrange to suck this water
away from the plates before it can mix with the rest.
