The water was DI by a professional wate store, starting pH was 7 readings were taken immediately after processing in the microwater machine and for months afterward, I still have several gallons 6 months later. Lately, in making colloidal silver on a continuous processing system I have noticed that the pH has been coming off the machine with a pH of 6 or 5.6. I dont completely understand this and am investigating. I believe it has to do with my DI water source (they final treat with ozone), so I will be running distilled water for a test.
