to the group and especially Samm, I have had the most awful hand joint pain since taking cs. I am taking very little (1-2 tsp daily), on an empty stomach, for about 2 months. It is allergy season here in Ga. Is there anything to take to counteract this symptom???? More cs?? less cs??
