Hi Paula; I have been working on some spurs/deposits? on the base of my big toes, both sides of my lower back where the hips pivot and my left ring finger at the first joint. I went down to the feed store and got a jar of DMSO cream. I mix equal parts of DMSO and CS and apply right on top of the pain. The pain is greatly reduced and these things are shrinking. Have been doing this for three weeks one time a week. Hip bumps 8 years, toe bumps 1.5 yrs, finger bump 1 yr. The finger bump is almost gone. I have read that DMSO is a carrier, that is it transports what ever it is mixed with deep into the skin. This is why I am trying it, to get the CS to the problem area. Hope this helps...Ron
ps.. Also, thanks Allen I'll try your list also.
