    Dear Paula,

I don't understand exactly why joint pain is a common symptom of
die-off since I've only recently learned that it is. Mine isn't nearly as
severe as yours. If mine gets worse, I will probably stop the CS until it
gets better and then start back up again and see what happens. Like you,
I'll look for other answers to your questions in order to understand exactly
why this is happening and what can be done about it.

Others here know how to help a herx reaction be more tolerable. They
mentioned the mineral molybdenum along with pantethine. See post below.
Best of luck.

Regarding these two items and Herx reactions:

Sharon just put the following website on the list, and I just visited it. I
must say I thought it had some of the best ideas/products I've seen. The
pantethine/molybdenum combination (two pills, used together) is
interesting, and Thymic Factor I have read many good things about. Their
moybdenum is 1,000 mcg cap, which would certainly seem to say they
recommend high doses. I would urge anyone dealing with Herx to check this out.

I am going to get some pantethine today to go with the moly. I tried
pantethine before and had ALL symtoms vanish for two days, then reappear.
The website says they must be used together, which I was not doing. Also,
the co-factors of B vitamins and iron must be added.

Check this out!
