Hi Paula,

I'm not Samm but I think I may have some helpful hints for your
joint pain.

 1) Eat fresh cherrys. They really help with gout symptoms in
    joints. Especially helpful if you do have meat once in a while.
    Eat some cherries after a 'beefy' meal. You can also buy the
    juice or concentrate.

 2) Add more raw celery, celery root, celery seeds to your diet.
    They seem to be really good also.

 3) Add Fennel as a spice. I like it whole in tea or as an after
    a meal mouth freshener. I chew on the seeds. The first place
    a had this was at an Indian restaurant they had them toasted
    w/ a sugar coating as you leave the place. Yummy

 4) 50-50% by weight combination of Glucosamine sulfate and
    Boswellin (Standardized extract of the gum resin of Boswellia
    serrata - given to the baby Jesus by the Magi as Frankincense).
    This combination has improved the life of many horses with a
    wide variety of bone/joint/connective tissue conditions.

 5) HYDRANGEA ROOT (This one is a new find for me and looks
    promising to clear joints, dissolve stones or other crystaline
    deposites in the body. Connected to a beautiful flower also.)

 6) Aloe Vera. Whole plant or juice.

 7) CoQ10 (no more than 100 mg. daily) and Ginger improves the
    circulation and oxygenation to the extremities.

 8) Hyrotherapy on the joint. Hot/cold water in the shower
    or hot pack/ice packs. This will get the nutrient high blood
    over to the joint and help move the process of movings
    toxins and crystaline formations out. 1 minute hot, 1 minute
    cold seven (or so) times.

 9) Lots of water daily and before bed.

10) Cleansing the kidneys and liver respectively. Some warm water
    with lemon (and lime optional) in the morning at waking and
    at night before bed. Use fresh squeezed lemon juice it makes
    a difference.

11) Juice Fasting. Again with some celery in there and beet also.
    Beet juice is a wonderful cleanser of the liver and blood.
    Only a few onces per day of the beet and diluted with other
    veggie juice though, it's powerful stuff.

12) Red clover helps to thin the blood so it will move better.

13) One aspirin a day (if you are not allergic or an alcohol
    consumer). Aspirin has gotton a bad rap lately but one a day
    still does wonders for your heart and other conditions that
    benifit from thinner blood (like joint toxin build-up).

14) A more alkaline system is more quick to deal with detoxing
    than an acidic one. That means more fresh veggies and
    fruits and less meat, dairy and processed sugar.

Herxing to hard can put a great strain or the kidneys and other
internal organs so applying some or most of these things is
really wise for your overall health.
