A response I got from someone I sent the the "killer mouse" story to....
~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ I'm not a scientist but I remember from my college science classes that there's a well-recognized phenomena that occurs in scientific testing, which is that the tester tends to get the results s/he expects. They even have a name for this phenomena: self-fulfilling prophesy. That's why the "bona fide" scientific community came up with "double-blind" testing....so even the testers don't know which group has taken what or is being exposed to what...so their mind set can't influence the outcome. The results of this mouse test the young man did would be thrown out on it's pseudo scientific ear by any self-respecting analyst.
