I have missed most of this thread but would like to mention my girlfriends
15 year old daughter had a sty pop up overnight a couple of weeks ago. I had
only given her some C/S gel the day before, they tried it on the sty and it
was gone in hours.

Hannah,
Yea, it does sting a little when you put it on. Not real bad though, and it
only lasts a few seconds. He may have to use it a couple times but he will
notice a big difference.

  Thanks Paula...
He happened to turn up at my house today so had the chance to actually
apply some CS/EIS...2x sofar to day... he said it stung a little for split
second but apparently he didn't feel real discomfort.. perhaps my
imagination but it looks better already after about 6 hours.. Keep
fingers crossed it's going to work for him.

  Have a great weekend

    Hanna,
I have used the EIS for an eye sty before and it cleared it up really
fast. I think I did hold it on there with a wash cloth for a few minutes. I
have also used it on my cat when she had eye problems and it cleared it up
for her too.

A friend of mine has a recurring sty on/behind lower eyelids. I am
planning on sending him some EIS but before I do this I would like to hear
if others have had success with treating sties with EIS.

      Thanks in advance
