Ode, sounds like you were reading the same stuff as I. The difference between the naturally occurring MSG and the MSG that is added to foods is that the naturally occurring variety is bound up chemically as glutamic acid or something like that. Bottom line for me is I am willing to trust Mother Nature and unwilling to trust the people at food factories. I like Top Ramen too by the way. Like Dr. Pepper too.
