One of the niceties of the digestive system is that it un-binds about everything regardless of how it was bound. Shall we over indulge in moderation? Anything worth not doing is worth over not doing. [wink]

There is nothing on Earth that isn't toxic. Excitotoxins? Well, at least I'm not bored to death. Pass the Crystal Meth shaker, please. No "bite" to this Coke! Ahhh, there it is...just enough.

I'm not so sure anyone dies too young...way too old? Definitely.
[But then, at some point, the rocking chair becomes a thrill ride and knitting needles, juggling battle swords and throw nets in the Gladiators arena.]

Then again, many folks have no patience and rush to the finish line, missing the race. [see ya later? ]

Regardless of pace.....we all win in the end. The prize is sur-.

Ode, sounds like you were reading the same stuff as I. The difference
between the naturally occurring MSG and the MSG that is added to foods is
that the naturally occurring variety is bound up chemically as glutamic acid
or something like that. Bottom line for me is I am willing to trust Mother
Nature and unwilling to trust the people at food factories. I like Top Ramen
too by the way. Like Dr. Pepper too. I indulge in moderation
