First, this is not my week to be disagreeable, I am telling you the facts
of the matter.
Please, everyone, don't ever eat or drink anything made of
soybeans! Soybeans are detrimental to everyone's health.
The key word here is, "Everyone".
I have eaten soybean products for years, powder, tablets, roasted,
and a few raw.
I have virtually never been sick my whole life before age 65.
They draw the calcium out of the bones making them brittle and interfere
with the thyroid workings. This is just for the starters.
I have wrecked cars, motorcycles, horses have fallen with me on paved
roads, I have fallen out of trees, and never broke a bone in my complete
lifetime.
Someone stated my experience with horses must be limited. I used to race
horses with no saddle, no bridle, just me and my horse. I had one that
looked like a quarter horse. No horse ever outrun that horse.
The only soybeans products that are marginally OK are the fermented miso
and tempeh.
Never heard of that stuff and never eaten it.
Here is what Weston Price Foundation has to say about this dreadful food.

Now I think less of him.
I used to make a drink from soy powder, black strap and milk.
It was very good, and I thought it to be nutritious.
Maybe the terrorist, the government or some other evil force got to the
soybean. Could be growing techniques, or could be GM.
Another fact of the matter, ........ I believe, Relates to the percent of
your protein that comes from soybeans.
Some people would get 60, 80, or more percent from soybeans.
In that case, something might go haywire.
During part of my life when I was trying hard to be strong and healthy, and
make the qualifying totals for competitive lifting,
I would drink 1 gallon of milk per day and eat 6 raw eggs in addition to
the soy protein.
I grew up drinking milk and eating eggs. No ill effects.
Also, I proved the sunshine law invalid.
When I got up in the morning, I put on boxer shorts and rode a tractor all
day long. I wore them to town, to the pool hall, everywhere I went. That
was the good old days. I was as brown as an Indian or a native from the
equator.
Where was the skin cancer? Of course we all know now the sunshine scare
was a lie, but I proved it, media, medical profession and everyone can
do, you know what.
This my friends did not come from a book, I lived it.
As I said in the beginning, ....... the key word is "EVERYONE".
If it had not been for the word, Everyone, I might have let this pass.
Even today at age 69, I have no back aches, no muscle pains and have always
lifted anything I wanted including a bale of cotton and front ends of small
tractors. At times, I lifted one side of rear axles of tractors.
So, my diet must have been somewhat adequate in spite of the bad soy beans,
milk, and eggs.
Don't believe anything you read and only half of what you see.
