Evening MA,

I realize you did not write that block below but no matter, I want to make a comment or two.

The blood pressure is more complex than that. No single thing is going to control it. A number of major minerals play an important part.

I sometimes wonder if things like heavy doses of salt / c do not effect a change in a bad manner something like the drugs will do.

I agree salt is important and I use it for many things. I have seen it relieve eye pain within seconds and lower blood pressure 40 points in a moment or two.

I simple do not believe that a single thing causes any ailment or corrects it.

All of the blood electrolytes and minerals have an important function on the blood pressure. Also the circulatory system, condition of it, and the heart itself can have problems to effect blood pressure.

The heart works 24 hours per day and is second only to the brain in line for energy and nutrients. It depends on a minute to minute supply, around the clock. Fats enter in also. I have read that the heart should have 48 % of its energy from fat.

People with low blood pressure have to be cautious of the foods and nutrients supplied. The time of year, activity, and overall diet effect both high and low blood pressure.

In addition, often the control system of the body increases the blood pressure for specific reasons. In this case, a drug to lower it, or any nutrient that lowers it, may not be the best bet.

The idea is to work on the cause, not the symptom.

If the people that think Salt / C is their solution to a very complex problem, they are being mislead. If they have all the other nutrients, the Salt / C , may be the one item missing, and would appear to be the magic item. Rest assured it is not. Many others are just as important. In combination, they all accomplish the task.

**** I'd like more information. What exactly is the Salt/C Protocol? Is there more to the program than just substituting sea salt for table salt? Thanks. MA
If you have a blood pressure problem watch all of your mineral intake. If you want to see a magic product, try Emergen'C.

Again, I am not saying Salt does not help. I use it for many things daily. You could try adding 1/2 tsp Sea Salt to one quart of water. Drink this and see what happens. I guess you could put some C into the water also, or some Emergen'C.

As I said before, I think there is a 'Salt Conspiracy" in this country.
It is good for so any things, someone wants us to think it is BAD, just like they did for Sunlight for many years.

I have seen salt lower my blood pressure 40 points within seconds or a minute or so. This was both on top and bottom numbers.

Strange, I have never had a headache from high blood pressure.

Finally, we have been lied to about high blood pressure causing strokes. What engineer would build a fluid system that could not stand more pressure than the pump?

The blood vessels are 10 times as strong as they need to be.
Weak blood vessels causes strokes.

How many genius doctors ever told anyone how to build strong blood vessels? I consider this one of the greatest crimes of doctors.
What should be done with them? I hate to put it in writing.

Wayne
