yes, your right to say so. even were the methodology is good, the interpretation of what is being sought and found in study - a snapshot/magic bullet approach - causes poor health.
What we need is an approach which looks at what it is in our lives that is causing the problem, as well as adjusting with sickness. There is much to be said for primary nursing and surgery and traditional use of herbs, along with dietary foods.
For people who aren't facing severe illness, and many who are, rejection of false medicine and poor food, in nasty packaging, poor air and water and housing materials would be a good idea. For everyone. That's not asking for much is it? Its a revolution now.
