HI, coconut oil (virgin) is known to be excellent for gut disease, with
irs composition and mechanisms well studied. Together with some fasting and
as you mention kefir (or good yoghurt), certain spices like fennel help
because they reduce disease, and as part of your diet, keep it down.
'ZApping' gut disease is perhaps impossible. Ayurvedics say it takes 4
years for an adult to rid themselves of chronic gut diseases. (Ayurveda
specialises in gut disease).
