You don't have to have citrus fruits to have vit C Ruth. It is in all sorts of things like sprouts and cabbage, but you would probably have a problem with these too. What about a whole food supplement like Higher Nature do a Truefood version. This is the one I get because my husband can't take capsules and has a bit of a 'dodgy' system too. Dee
