Wipe it with a paper kitchen towel, then a damp cloth (I am supposing you mean 
an electric one with a stainless bowl?)  However, received wisdom is that you 
can't really do enough of that to give the same quantity of benefit as the oil. 
 Still, it is sure to be good for you, and I put some in my coconut treats 
(fruits, nuts, spices, seeds, cocoa, VCNO, mixed, marked into squares and 
chilled.)

  Now that you mention it, I have heard of grinding flax oil seeds in a coffee 
grinder and I do have one of those small coffee grinders.  My question is:  How 
do you clean the coffee grander afterwards?  Doesn't it get all oily?It can't 
be submerged in water.  Thanks.  Faith
