Seeds?  How does that work?  Can you taste the oil and how do you use them?

  yogurt, powdered milk, ....the oil would be a challenge to cover-up big 
time...any chance you could pour it into a 00 size capsule and put the other 
end on and just swallow it that way too. I use the seeds...thanks debbie

      Thanks Duncan...I started using the whey when I first read your posts 
about it's benefits a year ago, along with MSM, absorbic acid, yogurt, berries, 
honey, flax seed etc. all go into my morning smoothie. thanks much debbie
