But there are *lots* of nutrients that are necessary to survival Wayne, but in excessive amounts, would be disastrous. i.e. Iron, selenium to name just two. I was trying to answer a question put by someone who was new to the list, and new to CS; who didn't have your vast knowledge on the subject!
