Really, it takes understanding of the animal. Watch the 'Dog Whisperer' on
the National Geographic Channel on Friday nights. Re-runs other nights. I
try to never miss that tv show. Cesar Milan is amazing. Faith G.

I never used pain to train, though.
My horse never had a bit in her mouth when
I rode (and she'd never been ridden before
I got her). My brothers used one on her, and
they both got thrown hard. They said, "that
crazy horse of yours is dangerous!". But she
loved me. :)
The painless way takes a lot of patience,
but to me it's well worth it.

Of course not.
I have trained a number of dogs whereas my training has
saved their life.
Often one correction, lasts them the rest of their life.
This has kept cars, trains, and other things from killing them.
They respond in .1 second or less. It has to be quick,
very quick at times No time for a second thought, or a second
command.
Yes. some of the best in the world trained me.
War Dog Trainers. Save many human lives with proper training.
