I have been quite amazed - to my mind it is better than Vim and Ajax that I would otherwise use for these jobs, and on Iron pans I think it is better than anything. I might let it soak for a little while if it's very bad, but a scrub and rinse in hot water and it is fine. And I know exactly what has been used for the job! Rowena
