Once when I was in in rural Alabama for a summer I was giving
a friend's mother a ride to the grocery store and I hit an
armadillo, and killed it. I stopped to see if I could help it,
but it was dead.
The lady I was taking to the store insisted on taking it home.
She put it in a pie. I was there when she served it.
I just had the mashed potatoes, myself...
We all got alomg quite well, in spite of our glaring disagreement.
There's an interesting conclusion in there, but I am loathe to spell
it out. Know what I mean, jellybean?
:D
