Interesting -- if it is true that oxygen increases the effectiveness of Ag, 
then it sounds like the ionic form would be very effective.  Especially when 
sprayed with an oxygen tank as the source of "blow" power.

The ionic portion is approximately equal parts of Oxygen and hydroxide, IE Ag2O 
and AgOH
