If the process of making silver by using say, 30 volts and low
current, with electrodes under distilled water, results in 10%
colloidal and 90% ionic silver, then doesn't there have to be an
opposite ion to the Ag+ ion? Would it be OH-?
The ionic portion is approximately equal parts of Oxygen and hydroxide,
IE Ag2O and AgOH
