[Nenah] Many people who have Candida develop a sensitivity to mushrooms in
general, yeasts (baker's yeast, the kind used in bread), and even beneficial
fermented foods like raw apple cider vinegar. It's called
"cross-sensitivity."

=====================

[Sol] Nenah, Would that explain why raw AVC gives me the runs (badly, even
from a little)? Honey, which I believe also contains a type of fungus does
the same thing.

=====================

It could, Sol. But "the runs" could indicate cleaning out, too. It's hard to
tell what you're reacting to in an email. For me, when I eat too many
probiotics or enzymes, I get the runs too. I don't consider this a bad
thing, but I do try to cut back, especially if I won't be near a bathroom
for long periods.

By the way, I never heard of honey containing fungus. It does contain
enzymes, though. So does raw ACV (apple cider vinegar).

Best,

Nenah
