Dee I started out by killing Lyme disease with chugging two pint bottles of Cs that I bought then taking four ounces of the stuff I made every twenty minutes for three days. That took care of the Lyme spirochaetes up to this day eight years later. Then I took around a pint a day from then on with no colds or any congestive problems at all. It took about a year and a half to repair all the damage done by 42 years of Lyme but I'm back in the condition I should have been in at 40 , I'm turning 74 in a couple of weeks. I imagine I have taken hundreds of gallons over that period. Dave
