Hello Marshall, I have been told by an industrial user of chlorine dioxide that they have ran tests and found that chlorine dioxide will actually permeate through glass. It doesn't happen overnight, but over time.
I don't know if I should believe him or if he was just spinning a tale, but it is a very energetic molecule.
