I have had same conditions--palpitations -heart flutters , I was told to
use Magesium so tried all the types and got some help for a while then they
started again then I up the dose but then started to have the loose stool
problems. Then found Magenium chloride called Magenium oil also, comes from
deep in ocean or dead sea in Isreal. So I spray it on parts of my body and
its absorbed in 20 min and it dosen't have to go through digestion and won't
cause the loose stool problem. Each spray is about 18mg's I also spray it
water or juice and some that way. Look at Magnesium for Life web site tells
lots . No palpitatins or flutters any more also several other problems
have gone away also. Orv in protland or.

Thanks Louise,
I am sorry to have to report that I have indeed used the Tissue Salts,
just as you describe, and according to Robin Murphy's dosing and never
noticed any effects positive or negative so I eventually stopped using
them.
However, since I still have them and they are still good, I might as well
use them up, LOL. They are taking up room in the cabinet.

Hi Sol;
You might try some homeopathic tissue salts. in Quebec).
I have learned not to use the regular dosage (Robin Murphy's suggestion).
I
would use one pill per sports bottle of water and shake (succuss) at
least 2
times to start and slowly build up to 30 times (over a 2 or 3 week
period)
filling it up adding one tablet and succing a you sip (you need to change
bottle as the potency starts to get to high to balance the minerals in
the
body after two or three weeks. You use this water as regular water for
you
and the animal.
