Thank you Dee, I will also be home distilling and I will consider using warm water also. My original comment regarding plastic referred to the air pumps that I have seen people put into the glass jars to stir the water as it creates the CS. They not oly use plastic tubes but I have even seen someone using a submersible pump. Also I see on one site they sell a generator that makes large amounts however it is done in a plastic bucket. I dont understand the reason for using such pure water and clean glass and then go and put a plastic tube in the water or for that matter make the whole batch in a plastic bucket.
