Hi,Dee There is a lot of truth in what you say. I believe you have studied as I have to get the information you have just shared. The information in this book did take that information into account as well and was able to convince me that although there is relevance in all the information we both have that it is the immune system which is being impacted by animal protein that is causing most disease. These researchers documented population studies and then brought this to the US University Labs and used long term animal studies to prove the validity of their observations and the population studies. Most libraries have the book (The China Study) although the studies were not just performed in China. I think you may find it interesting. MLE
