Hallo Nikita,

Reflexology is the name of the modality of working on feet in a way to access
reflexes. So,
the heel of each foot reflexes to the lower gut on that side of the body. A
particular 'spot' will
feel normal or painful or numb and this can be useful in many ways, at home or
in a clinical
situation. I think it is difficult to do damage with reflexology. A precaution
is not to press too
hard, ie don't press through to the underlying bones.

All very best to you and your father,

I must go now,

Tony
